Hi,
I've been talking to people and they say a great way to advertise in the irrigation business (apart from word of mouth) is with lawn signs. So, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good cheap place to get them done.
We got 20 done for 5 dollars each (these are those plastic boards with step-frames).
We don't necessarily need the plastic ones again, but it would be nice. I called a few places, and it seems that the 5 dollars was actually a pretty good price.
Why don't I get them done from the same guy again? Well, quality wasn't exactly great, and turn around time was too long.
So I need a cheap place, within GTA (Mississauga preferred), that does them good, with short turn around time.
I'll edit the post later when I have more time.

A bit of a side question, but what are the regulations for lawn signs? Could we get every member in the forums to put up a lawn sign without any complaints?

Thats what I am wondering...
I see a lot of 'College Pro Painters' put up advertisement signs on lawns...but do I need a special right to be able to post a sign of my company on my lawn?

A bit of a side question, but what are the regulations for lawn signs? Could we get every member in the forums to put up a lawn sign without any complaints? It depends on the municipality... My guess is that most would not allow it.
Here in Mississauga, the sign by-law (http://www.mississauga.ca/ecity/download/?repositoryKey=Ecity&itemDesc=file&dataName=data&mimeTypeName=mimeType&id=4200181) is quite strict. I wouldn't be able to put up a little sign for RFD or even for my own business without a permit.

I would hope you can put any kind of sticker on your own car or anyone that agrees to put it on their car, same goes for the window stickers.

My company supplies both the oil change/windshield reminder static cling stickers and the adhesive maintenance reminder stickers to the auto industry! I can customize it for RFD.

Of course, but the idea is that if RFD were to maybe get them made and maybe make them available and maybe people were to put them on their cars, etc .... maybe that would be good for RFD
