It's 30 days or 30 minutes.

If you haven't had it for 30 days and haven't used 30 minutes, you can cancel your conract.
Call Rogers directly. Don't deal with any Rogers Authorized Dealers or anything like that.
If they don't budge, ask to speak to a manager.
If that doesn't work, write/e-mail/call their head office. Make sure you keep track of dates because if this issue goes on past the 30 day deadline, you'll have to be able to tell them why.

Ceel phone or cable.

Does your cable log the minutes you use it for? I know mine doesn't.

If you are over the 30 minute mark, there is nothing you can do.
You signed the contract, live up to it or pay the cancellation fee.

as an alternative you can die, death usually dissolves most contracts.

Lol....despite how outrageous this is..it's true.

Unless it's taxes....you still have to pay your taxes if you die

Knowing how greedy Rogers has became, I wouldn't be surprised if they went after your next of kin if you died without paying your bills. lol

You'll have to pay the cancellation fee if you went over the 30 minutes, but Rogers lets you change your plans at any time free of charge, so you can switch to something a little more agreeable if it's simply a matter of you being unhappy with your plan.

this is what i did to cancel my phone for $100 if you don't mind doing it for half the fee....tell them you're leaving the country for couple of years, and you can either leave and not pay at all or pay half....but talk to a supervisor, the regular phone reps are morons!!!!
