Game: Downtown Toronto, Thursday night, 2/4 NL, 100-300$ buy-in, drinks and food are on me. Hot waitress will be here in a bikini top & short shorts.

Apparently you're not familiar with poker clubs. They make enough money without having to be crooked. There aren't any professionally run crooked poker games, doesn't make sense. :|

What is standard? Hourly rate, 10%, 20%?
Some clubs right now are charging a rediculous amount, I dunno if you fit in the same category or not.
