LF: Flowers in Brampton or Waterloo

my sister is graduating and my family would like to buy her a nice bunch of flowers? Any suggestions on places in Brampton or Waterloo (she's a laurier grad) that has nice flowers at good prices?

Costco has nice little bouquets. There's also a flower shop (not sure if it's still there) on Tomken and Rathburn in Mississauga (No Frills plaza). This guy i knew, his mom runs a flower shop there.
