Where can I find regular Gatorade for cheap? I'm planning to stock up on them for my athletic activities.

I just bought a case of 12 (smaller bottles) at Food Basics today for 5 bucks.

The best value is to get the powder one and add your own water. Taste just the same. And sometimes superstore offers it a bit cheaper if you buy two big jugs. Last for quite a while.

But if you want the ones in the bottle, either costco or the dollar store (Dollar Giant). Don't know exactly what the prices are. I usually just go for the powder one.

Are you sure the nutrients is the same for the powder one?

just saw that PC came out with their own version of gatorade this week at loblaws- haven't tried it but is seems cheaper.

if you want to know if teh powder gatorad is the same as the already mixed, all the info is on the 2 labels.

I usually pay about $4 at foodbasics for the powder and that makes 8L of liquid.

you get a measuring scoop in the gatorade powder so it is pretty exact

How much is Costco selling Gatorade for? I think I can probably get my friend to get some for me and reimburse him.

Costco sells 24 x 591 ml bottles for $21.99. There was a $5 off coupon, but it expired today :(

I'm not entirely sure about that nutritional value but I can't imagine the two products to be totally different.

I can't figure it out, maybe you can:

it contains glucose, immediate energy.

You can always try making your own, just buy the powdered stuff. And when you're done making it, just put in a regular gatorade bottle.

Still a little more expensive than Costco's 24 pack.

Costco has their own Kirkland brand, a case for $14 and change. We only buy it at Costco now as our boys go through sometimes a case a week.

LOL, I remember reading a post in which you said you went (the boys) through like 4L of milk a day!

NoFrills had the frozen power aid a while back for around $0.50. I don't know how much they are regularly you just add water.

LOL @ Sajjad! Yes, in this house we go through at least 4L or at least 1 American gallon of homo milk a day. When we buy milk in Canada we always buy it from Costco as well, it's the cheapest place around. All 3 of our kids are health freaks, they don't drink anything but milk, water, real fruit juice or smoothies and sports drinks when working out or running pee wee football practices(6 practices and 1 game this week).
