Looking for something under $40 that is working.

Prefer to have integrated video and SDram slots. Maybe a mix of sd and ddr.

I have one you can have for the cost of shipping. It's a Gigabyte 8SIML. It's P4 478, 2 DDR Slots, Int Sound + Video and it has a free AGP4X Slot.

I have an ECS motherboard with both SDRAM and DDR slots.

P4VAXSD2+

Full size board, Has everything you need except onboard Video. I have a video card if you need one too.

Does this suit your needs?
