We lost our Articles of Incorporations when moving between offices :!: and need to know if we can ask the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services for a copy as we have no bank account (corporation was dormant for 12 years) :lol:
We registered our trade name and have the MBL, but the banks want the AoI.
