Canada post issue

I placed an order monday for xm2go from bb.Today on the order status is says on truck.This was @ 9:00 am.So i did take the day off work for here we are at 5:00 still no shipment.I am not happy at all with this.Does any one have a direct email to canada post to file a complaint.

maybe the truck flipped due to the wet weather ;)

or the driver pretended to knock and the door...so he wouldnt get wet ;)

i know...i was just kidding...it will usually say on delivery or whatever...

don't give up hope yet...i've received canada post shipments as late as 6:30 when the weather has been bad...
