Technically speaking there is no addition cost so, well, it is free.
Except you have to put up this [IMHO: ugly] ad on the back windows of your car.....

Thanks for the post OP. Since I never check my3web (because I didn't install their "mandatory" software) I wouldn't have noticed it.

First of all, not everyone is selected, this is suppose to be a 3web members only thing.
You also have to send a picture of your car and they will decide if your car is worth it or not(they aren't going to give it to someone with a crappy @$$ car. lol)
Second, this decal isi HUGE!:arrowd::arrowd:

I don't think you would want to stick this on your car.

This would be a winner in redneck country....but then again most probably would not know what the internet is ...let alone high speed.
Take a picture of someone else's car and send it in.

Lets assume this is a $75 value. If you put an ad on your car for someone else do you think you could make more than $75 a month?

Take a picture of someone else's car and send it in.
After you initially send in the picture of the car, you still have to send them another picture of the actual sticker on the car.
...
I know what you are thinking, stick it on, take a picture and take it off.
I guess you can do that but they said: Note that from time to time we will ask for you to send in an electronic photo of your vehicle with the day’s newspaper to confirm that the sticker is still on your vehicle."
Now if any of you are an expert at photoshop or plan on taking off and putting back on the sticker again and again, each time they request a picture i guess it will be fine.

I don know how they can keep track of you that easy....if they can....the RCMP (and law enforcement) could use their expertise.
Are they going to buy you a newspaper?....

You probably have to buy it yourself, I mean if they are giving you service worthh lets say $50. I think they will expect you to pull $.50 out to buy a newspaper, or if you are cheap just get the "Metro" or "24" free newspapers. Must we go into that much detail?

I suppose if you have heavily tinted windows, like the back of a van or SUV, you won't be qualified?? since there's no way people can read the ad without rearending your car!!
another bummer is that you have to be a customer first... so you can't readlly find out if you are qualified or not until you sign up and apply for that...
