I like it loud at times (decent music), but I try to consider those around me as well.

Question is not clear. Do you mean do we like to listen to music loudly, or do you mean do we like loud music, as in Metal?
oh and wrong forum.

Also, what is your definition of loud?
I like to play my music loud normally, but not club loud.

here's a way to tell:
-If you want to be prematurely deaf, listen to loud music.
- If you'd like to keep your hearing in the region of moderate for as long as possible, listen to your music at a reasonable level.

yes, once in a while, on a good system. Through my headphones only as loud as I need it depending on the environment around me.

There needs to be a better definition here.
Anyways on my MP3 player i usually listen between 50%-60% max volume
If i have my headphoens or IEM's on, i like to turn it up a bit but never to the point where i'll go deaf or expose myself long enough to the point where it will effect my hearing.
I can't stand music as loud as Rock Concerts...it gives me a headache.

Eh, not really, one, I don't wanna bug other people with it, and 2, I don't see the need for REALLY loud music..
Plus I don't wanna get tinnitus, I've heard from other people taht they wish they didnt listen to loud music all the time, I've gone to see smaller bands play before..ears hurt...

i love it i will always have a sub in the back on my carI have a sub in my car too, but that doesn't mean you have to go deaf.
I have one because normal speakers just can't hit the lows I like, but they do great mid range and highs.
I like my music pure, clean, crisp and to the right volume.. the volume to which you can hear everything perfectly, but not where you're going to do damage to your hearing.

Some music, like orchestral music, needs to be quite loud to bring out the feeling of the sounds, ie: the vibrations through your body, to get the full effect.
I guess the same could be said for any music, although we'd have to get into a whole discussion as to what constitutes music :)

It depends what mood I am in. Loud music is fine in moderation. I think if you are always listening to loud music you are going to have hearing issues, but I dont see anything wrong with turning up the volumn every now and again.

The louder the better ... my heart beats faster at bass competitions :cheesygri
Funny that you ask, I'm going through track-by-track with the bass up full on WMPlayer seeing "What has it" and "What Doesn't" ...
