Shipping is free if the total amount is 5.00 or less. Once you go over, you have to pay shipping. What you can do is add something to your cart, checkout, and see what shipping is. My birthday came early too, hehe.

thanks op, ordered the pen. i tried to order the hockey night in canada water bottle (which is $4.50), but they wanted to charge $4.50 for shipping. i guess they charge it because it's a bigger item. oh well, free pen...

it should be on the "pay" form, after the "address" form.

there's 3 sections in the "pay" form: credit card, gift certificate balance and coupon redemption.

I used a credit card generator code and it went through.
You can't purchase things with a fake credit card number, it only fools the system to let you through the order, but once they verify it later, they can tell if it's valid or not.

In the case of CBC with their coupon code, it works.

Check out http://www.darkcoding.net/credit-card-numbers/ for a list of credit card numbers you can use for CBC or other sites to get through verification process.
(These codes are also good if you ever need to test your age on some site)
