Not to seem rediculous but did you try this yourself? I installed one of these before and it was nothing but a virus. :(

theres nothing in this file to install....just the MCO files...
and yes - it works.

Just means you didn't extract the right files to System32 in Windows.

same issue even with the 3 files inside system32, tried restarting didnt work.
could it be that i'm running x64?
