Does any one know if there is such a service where your emails self delet after the first read.

A delete after read feature would have to be supported by the receiver's email program and there is no such feature built in to any normal email program that I am aware of.
Read notification is supported in many programs such that a notice that the email has been opened by the recipient is sent back to the originator, however this feature can usually be turned off in the email settings. In Outlook Express I have this setting turned off so that read notification will not be sent back to any sender. A delete after read feature if it even existed could probably be similarly disabled.
