Tje bar tastes ok, if you like "healthy" stuff.

i think it has dates and grains or seeds in it if I recall.

the only problem I had is that I think I am allergic to the herbs tey put in it....

which flavour did u get? I got berry and thought it was awful

Yeah, I got mine too along with some protien powder/meal replacement packet.

The bar was nothing to get too excited over. Think of a unsweetened blueberry fruit roll-up with walnuts pieces in it. Now make it grainy instead of chewey and very dense, and there you have it.

Havn't tried the powder yet. My expectations for that one are low.
