what exactly is the thing that makes a difference between having a regular, full physique versus being really tiny/thin (really thin arms and i can see the beating movement of my heart :-0 . well, my doc says i have a bacteria in my tummy and the drug cost 100+ bucks {is there a way to get them for less or even free  } so maybe thats a contributor cause i've felt weird for over a year and weight loss is supposed to be one of the symptoms) wheww! long side comment!
anyway, is it:
1. bone (cuz some ppl claim they are "big boned")
2. muscle (not every part has muscle that can be bulit though, right?)
3. fat itself (my thinking...)
4. flesh/meat (if its this, how can i increase this in my body then)
i dont wanna be like this anymore :|

I some respects, the "why "of your body type is a moot point ...you are what your are - " why's " don't help you much. Work from there.
Look up ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph on wiki - body type - much of it is genetics and beyond your control.
If you want to bulk up, find out what your normal daily calorie needs are.I recall you're around 2,000 calories a day. To bulk up, add 20% - 30% to this -putting you at about 2,600 calories a day.
Try and consume a mid morning snack at 200 or so of calories and a mid afternoon snack at 200 calories. Split the remaining calories evenly between breakfast, lunch and dinner....about 700 caloires plus each.
Beyond that, try and hit the weights 3 times a week to add on muscle mass - mucle ( per volume ) is heavier than fat.

well if you are ill, you need to get the medication to correct the problem. If you have extended benefits then it will likely cover most of the costs of the medication. Secondly, if you are on income assistance (below the poverty line) you should apply for "fair care medicare" in which after a certain amount your medication is provided free. I don't know which province you live in but just ask your local pharmacist about assistance in your province.
If your income isn't below 25,000 (roughly) and you don't have extended benefits, then I'd just pay for the medication and get healthy. Have they done any tests to confirm this diagnosis?
If you have an infection or bacteria or something wrong in your gastrointestinal tract then your body may not be absorbing the nutrients from your food and therefore making you lose weight.
Getting to you question about where weight/size comes from. Being "big boned" is kinda a way to make overweight people feel more comfortable. There bone size is not much bigger. Sure they will have a larger bone density because their bones are constantly under more stress, but the diameter of their bones are not proportionate to the size of their body.
Most of our size comes from either fat (internal or external), from muscle or some extent bone. Bone determines the shape of our bodies, why people have larger skulls, curved spines etc. This doesn't really equate to our overall "size". Internal fat is the fat you can't really see, the best example is a pot belly, its hard and firm, this is just alot of internal fat. Our internal fat supports our organs and such. Then we have external fat, this is the flabby, saggy arm, man boobs, look at that blubber fly fat. This is the fat that shakes, sags, and can be easily squeezed. External fat is much safer for us than internal fat as internal fat has been shown to be the most stressful on the cardiovascular system as its all internalized. Next we have muscle, muscle mass is largley genetic, some people will be able to build it easy, others are more difficult. Strength gains however can be achieved by all as muscle size and strength are two different phenomenons. Flesh/Meat in our body don't really exist as flesh/meat is typically described as muscle or skin (not quite sure what you were meaning flesh/meat to be).
I hope this helps.

Maybe we can help you out a bit more........
- You work out at home ?
- Have you got any other dumbbells - other than the 12 lbs ?
- What is your typical workout like ( which muscles do your target and with which exercises ) and how often ( a week ) do you do it ?

By the way..I recall you mentioned you're about 130 lbs. For what it's worth, Bruce Lee was 5-foot-7 and 135 pounds...you're in good company. :)
In case you think 135 lbs is anything to sneeze at, some quotes about Bruce from this link.......
- He is built perfectly, not bulky. He has muscles on top of muscles,
- He designed his weight-training workout to avoid bulky muscles that might interfere with his performance
- Broad-shouldered and narrow-waisted, he was the envy of even bodybuilders.
- He would eat anything: pork, chicken, fish, beef, vegetables. His favorite dishes were Chinese and Japanese. he had a voracious appetite. In a restaurant, he always ordered an additional plate of food for himself- one serving was not enough
...each a ton of food and weight train fabz...you'll get there :)
