I know this is semi-old news, but the DS download stations are available now at many EBgames. Take your DS to an ebgames and download a demo you can keep until you shut off the system. (Can only hold 1 game at a time however).

You can always put the DS into sleep mode just by closing the DS. Also, you can charge it if the batteries are getting low. You can't keep it forever, but you can try the demo out for quite some time until you want to play another game you own.

Demos include:
Brain Age
Tetris: (2 types, Push and Touch I believe, can't remember)
Pokemon Troezi
True Swing Golf
Mario Kart
Meteos

Metroid Prime Hunters Movie (not game)

Another reason I love my DS. I will give this a shot.

semi-old news?

hm... looks pretty new to me...

went to EBgames last wk and saw big signs for this promo there, but like ~2wks b4 that the same EBgames store didn't have this advertised...

maybe it's just that the EBgames i went to was slow for updates...

I don't think there's any yet. They're in Japan, though.

Well they were announced a long while ago they would be available, but finally it appears they're active now. I thought more walmarts would get them, but it appears they are at all the ebgames instead. (or many)
