Yeah, talk about amazing.
I have a feeling the Texans are gonna be kicking themselves.
The Saints don't know how good they have it now... So many options at what to do with #2.

Maybe Houston should have taken a QB since their current starter is not that great.

David Carr remains a project in progress. It's hard to have great stats when you are lying on your back most of the time. The Texans need to address their OL problems
Remember Peyton Manning went 1-15 in his first season or something. I've watched David Carr play a lot on TV (I usually signed up for the NFL Packages when the season rolls around) and the guy got some good mobility and some good arm strength but he got sacked/hurried too many times and subsequently his passes either went uncompleted or intercepted or dropped..

Carr is not that bad, it's just hard to prove your worth as a QB when your O-line can't protect you.

Yeah, I agree... He's now got a decent WR corps with the addition of Moulds. I think they like Davis enough that they felt they could pass on Bush and his scandal... But they need to shore up that O-Line for sure. They signed a few guys, maybe they can do better this year.

They went with what they needed, not with what they wanted.
If they drafted Reggie Bush, that immediately kills any confidence Dominick Davis has. They don't NEED Reggie Bush because Davis is a talented running back in his own right.

Davis is telented, sure. But there's a reason Bush was projected as #1... He's literally a once in a decade talent. Williams is more of a workout wonder. Lots of his sacks came in only a few games. He'll be more of a project then Bush ever would be.
Anyways, I'm not sure I like my Lions picking Sims. I'm worried about his concussions. Stupid Raiders just had to take Huff, although with the Bill sdrafting a DB also I'm not sure Huff would have dropped.

not sure if the Wagner for Warner was intentional... but man.... i hopped onto the arizona train last year... and they disappointed me... but now getting Leinart has appeased my disappointment

I meant Warner. Got confused with Kurt Wagner (aka Nightcrawler from X-Men). Maybe Edge signed himself into a good situation after all...

Not taking Bush was a mistake by the Texans. If they were drafting based on need, they should have traded down a couple of spots and taken D'Brickashaw Ferguson.
