Does the CFL have a substance abuse policy ? I guess 4 strikes in the NFL isn't enough to detour all teams from taking a shot.

He'll dominate the CFL and the CFL doesn't really care if your on drugs or anything as long as you bring in fans.
I'm gonna try to meet him when he comes to BC since I work at BCP and maybe hack a blunt with him :lol:

doesn't the NFL own his rights and since he's suspended by the NFL he can't play anywhere else? I'm thinking this because when Theo Fleury and Bertuzzi got suspended by the NHL they couldn't play in other pro leagues.

I need all CFL fans to give me a reason why the CFL would stoop this low to, allegedly, bring in a loser like Ricky Williams who best epitomizes the term *wasted talent*
We have had Lawrence Phillips then Quincy Carter and some dudes back in the 90's with the Ottawa Riders
Is the CFL that desperate ? Don't they have any integrity/dignity anymore. I'm all about giving guys a second chance but how many chances have Ricky got ?
