Anyone know of a website that sells power bars and ships to Canada, Thanks.

Coscto? They would probably sell huge wholesale boxes of them.

How can you eat these? They taste like cardboard ;). If you do enjoy eating them.. can you recommend a flavor?

The Costco BioProtein ones taste good. 21 g of protein per bar- about $1 each ($16 for 16 bars)

Wow - that's a good price. SND has the premium bars like mammoth and myotek but they never seem to go on sale. ie. 12 mammoth bars (30g protein) work out to about $3.50 a bar after tax. At MuscleMag they sometimes have protein on sale like PROLAB or something but I rarely see the bars on sale. Someday.

It's too bad you can't buy a 20g protein bar for $1.00 at a variety store the same way you can buy an 'oh henry'.

I personally like the Vanilla Crisp type.

I've tried quite a few and like these as well... then again my arms ain't 24" wide :)

Oh, forgot to add - these come with 3 or 4 different flavours in the same box.

3 flavours these days:

8 peanut butter
4 cookies and cream
4 double chocolate.

So protein bars make you stronger? Bulk you up? Or help you lose weight?
