Anyone know what this says? (Chinese)

I'm looking at the China Consultate site because I need to go sometime to get a Visa and thought tomorrow would be ideal. But I thought I'd check their site before going to be sure. Their English site is not all totally English... I'm looking at their "Holiday Schedule" page and see nothing but question marks and dates. If anyone has the Chinese characters installed and can read it, do the question marks mean they're closed tomorrow? I'm assuming it's closed tomorrow because it's on this list?

I don't see any question marks, but going by the other dates that are on that list, I'd say it's closed tomorrow.

Thanks. Where the characters are I just saw question marks. I didn't know maybe if it said different hours for some days and closed for others.

wow...consulate staff get both Canadian AND Chinese statutory holidays...15 days a yr...pretty good deal
