I would say try offsales at a pub or something.

The fairview pub's Cold Beer and Wine store is open. Drove by there earlier today. It's on Broadway near the Wendy's/Tim Hortons

You can certainly have a fun party without booze... I don't think anyone is arguing against that.

However, booze just makes a party MORE fun :cheesygri

Go to a bar, and ask if they sell beer-bottles ... buy a couple.
Ask a neighbour, be sure to pay in front or promise to.
You can sell over RFD...but as long as the mods don't know (backdoors, Private Messaging).

ya well for me to do that i'd have to advertise it first, and that'd get me banned, which i do not want to, no one just randomly pm's ppl and askes if they want booze

anyhow...straying away from that topic before i get into trouble....

i jsutmoved into this neighborhood, don't know ppl yet, don't want tohave a first impression of an alcoholic

sigh....am i desined to not get drunk tonight

by the way, no, i'm not in high schl, i never said that, and yes, i am of age

where are you located? I remember one year I needed some booze but it was Sunday and late and a holiday I think. Just made a little trip to the duty free shop across the boarder :)

Goto your nearest hotel....

Walk through to their bar/restaurant area....and tell them that you would like to buy couple of bottles of wine to take back to your 'hotel' room..
Pretend that you are staying there...

They won't ask your room number..if they do.....make one up....they can't check if its you in that room, unless you are charging it to the room....thats why you pay for the wine with cash....

They'll even open the the wine for you...

Take the wine and carry it out of the bar area..and put it in a bag..and to your car.....

There's your booze..

This will work best with Wine, probably can get couple of bottles....
Hard liquor will not work....Beer, at most will get you 2 bottle, so not the best bang for your alcohol...

In Kingston, there's a service called Dial a Bottle, all you need to do is make a call, not sure if there's 1 in GTA.

I think that I saw wine coolers at T&T Supermarket.

T&T sells Molson beer on the shelf

http://www.tnt-supermarket.com/

how about going to an Asian restaurant and ask if you can buy bottles of alcohol?

That service only works when the LCBO or Beer Store is open. They go and pick it up for you, they don't booze on hand that they sell to you. Even if they did, they won't sell you anything outside of the business hours.

And furthermore, I thought the LCBO had a monopoly on liquor and alcohol sales (aside from the beer store and the small wine shops).

yes, it is probably some lite beer but it *is* Molson.
Same shelf as the soda drinks.
