I got my trunk and rear bump repair at VW collision centre yesterday. Few hours after I took my car back, I just noticed that there are about 10 upright scratchs on the left doors, and 2 or 3 on the right doors, which I thought there were just dirt at the first place. I left message in the collision centre's phone, and I am going there on Monday to deal it with them. But I am really doubt they will admit that they made the scratch.
What should I do?
