Didn't get any response at ClubRSX...I'll see if I can get home help here...!!!

I have an '02 Acura RSX (Premium)...over 130k/km...just noticed last week...actually after I got my 17's 5Zigen GN+ Pro's...

The [D] Light of my SportShift/Auto started to Flash...I tried resetting the ECU and it was fine for awhile...ATF is top up as well

I hate going to the dealership...I work on my own ride...last time I had a problem...hood was stuck...they actually wanted to charge me 2 Hours/$180 to BREAK it open...WTF...!!!

Any ideas...thanks in advance

Transmission problem. It's like a CEL but for the transmission.

oi, I hope your changing tranny fluid earlier then what acura recommends. SportShift trannys are known to fail quickly if the fluid is not changed every year (or if you put more milage then less then a year). I recommened changing the ATF every 25-30k.

The Manual says like 100-150k...I CHANGED it twice already with 130k/km...!!! I'm actually changing it again today/morning just because of this problem

It's the reason why I change the ATF...just to avoid problems and now I'm getting this *ppsstt*

honda is good with engines but crap with transmissions..

GM is top for transmissions

Although it does not solve your problem but flush your tranmission fluid again and take it a honest mechanic..

I'm Flushing it soon **crossing fingers**

It just upsets me that this occurs after I spent money on my 17's...!!!

Is the ATF shiny?

If your D is flashing, flushing the fluid is not going to fix anything. The transmission computer is throwing codes and you need to read the error code to see what is wrong.

Like everyone said Honda slushboxes are really fragile and don't take abuse very well.
