probably, is it the same brand?
are they both new/reconditioned
is it by an online retailer or somewhere they can phone?

Partsources, same brand
is it a partsource item on sale, where you need to have the "club card" to get the price?
If so they wont PM it, thats why partsource has the club card! That way they dont need to PM stuff.
