Your nickname and the subject title go hand in hand!
I think these are illegal for use on Ontario public "highways".

No they're NOT lol.
You can have it on public road as long as you're not driving it. You can park it downtown with underglow.
I personally think its retard. I think the first time i saw something thats stupid is in the FF. Boy that movie did screw up lots of kids around here. Now i see those in every rice department of auto audio stores

ebay has em....its distracting while driving for other drivers, but if the car is for show its fine.
Is it still called rice when you find these lights installed on mustangs and camaros? or are they allowed to do that and not be labeled rice.

dude rice is not strictly on imports. In fact around here all ricers are domestic, quite a few modern muscle car too.

why call it rice? its a type of grain used in food. I couldn't really understand the correlation between rice and having outrageous and stupid parts installed on car.

for you its waste of money and not something you would do to a car, but hey its the OP's car, its another way of turning heads.
Don't tell me if a car pulled up beside you and had these lights on (which is illegal but not the point right now) you wouldnt turn and have a look?

its not illegal... as long as the car is not on...
I don't care if they look good or look bad... but I know one thing, they attract attention of COPS!!!
I know that you are young, cause u want these lights...
One thing is for sure... young driver + attention of COPS = Trouble for you.
Y would you want to attract attention of COPS like this???
If you want something that'll turn heads and be the envy of all ur buddies... get an aftermarket HID system and blind the hell out of them.
I have them, my friends love them, cops don't stop me for them...although technically they are illegal...

Technically in Ontario it's illegal to put HIDs on anything that didn't come with them from factory.
