Where to get parts for old Bimmer?

I've got an '89 BMW 328 that needs some TLA. I pulled out the fan blower motor, since it was making a horrible noise,and it lookes like a bearing is gone.

Any thoughts on where I can pick something up relatively cheaply?

There's a shop in Toronto, Steeles and Weston Rd area that sells mostly used bmw parts.
