Need a laptop thats reliable and fairly cheap.
This will be a work laptop, so no gaming on it.

btw, how are dell laptops?

Dell laptops are alright, medium quality. If you want good quality, IBM are usually the best, even though they may not look pretty. Acer and Asus also make decent lappys.
