WTB: Monitor stand/riser at least 4" but prefer adjustable willing to pay $20

-prefer adjustable height but 4-5 inches is ok
-brand doesn't matter
-would like it to be in decent condition
-should support at least 65lbs
I'm willing to pay up to $20 depending on condition/type etc.
