check out factory direct http://factorydirect.ca/catalog/product_spec.php?pcode=KI1001 they have another brand - no name for 80 something or be a bit patient and you might find a good deal on here goodluck what does dual channel do?

Get a 1GB Kingston stick for $98 at CTY (http://www.cty.ca/detail.asp?pid=765) (GTA).

dual channel will be most stable if you can find a 1gb stick with the exact same ram chips and pcb.
if the stick are not identical, then dual channel is still possible, but usually at a much slower speed, say ddr333 rather than 400
