Hi,

Do any of you know any banks which don't charge and fee or have any minimum for business accounts? I have a corporated business which does not have any more income coming in but I think I need to keep the account. I have an ING business account but it requires another business account to link with.

Thanks.

If you aren't doing much business, why don't you just terminate your current business account and keep the ING one? You can deal with ING by mail, by Interac, and through their offices in a few major cities like Toronto and Vancouver. ING doesn't care whether you keep the existing business account that you used as a link when opening your ING business account. The only reason they require an existing business account is to offload the burden of identifying your company to another bank.

BMO has business plans which waive the monthly fees for maintaining a minimum monthly balance. Check their website for details - they have different plans that allow more or less transactions for higher/lower minimums.
