Had a coop term in US, now need to do tax

Had a coop term in Canada from January to Apr, then had another coop term in the US from Sept to Dec.

I was wondering if anyone had experience doing tax for both country. I'm a little lost on what forms I need to complete for the IRS and how do I report my US earnings for CCRA. If anyone had similiar experience..please share!
