index & middle finger on right hand

My index & middle finger on my right hand can not clench completely to make a fist anymore. The most I can move them is 1/2 cm from the base of my fingers and it hurts when I move them. My left hand is fine though. Anyone know what could be causing this and anything I can do to fix it? I'm right handed and I'm thinking it may be RSI (maybe I should stop using the mouse/surfing RFD?)

you might want to stop visiting palmalina and palmona for a while, sounds like repetitive stress syndrome..........

or maybe switch to the left-hand..........and alternative back and forth to reduce the probability of repetitive stress syndrome.......

hmm my right hand is kinda like urs...except all my fingers on the right hand hurt when i make a fist...

I have'nt found any thing to ease it. >:(

May be tendonitis - they can fix that in most people with a shot or two of Cortisone.
