For those who can't see the vid, it's basically video of the PM walking to a car, with a parking enforcement lady writing a ticket to another vehicle (I guess?) he walks up to her and starts bumping/grinding her and then gets into his vehicle.

All I know is if Harper did that in Canada, it would be HOT news.. big time in trouble.

A survey I read recently said the Italians are very sexually liberating. It's inappropriate in any country to do that to a woman, but I think all the wine or whatever it is they consume in large quantities of, make them randy all the time.
