hardly a craigslist killer...it's been around a while and not as many people use it. I like the simple design of craigslist and last time I listed in kijiji I got a lot of spam (more so than cragislist).

kijiji looks much nicer, and easier to use (and you can upload pics). The name is too difficult to remember though.

thanks for the link, I just put my place up. I don't like the name but the layout is nice.

You can upload pics to Craigslist, I do it all the time.

eBay owns almost 50% of Craigslist

I successfully used kijiji to get rid of some extra concert tickets and I received prices that were the same or better than I could have gotten in an ebay auction based on the prices similar tickets sold for on ebay.
I believe the site is fairly new so I expect it will pick up momentum over time.

Intoko.ca merged into kijiji, I find you get alot of time wasters on kijiji, I get like 50 emails a day asking questions about things that already have the answers in the posting.
I feel like emailing them all back & telling them to download msn or yahoo for chat, not sale listings.

craigslist > kijiji
for now..the list of ppl who check it and add posts is much more than kijiji
craigslist is also simpler AND quicker to load..kijiji gets backedup sometime with all its images. as for 'scammers' ..about the same amount on both
don't ever send money to nigeria
or order laptops form the UK..

same crap, craigslist gets the win due to its 'campy' value.
