yes, its their type of music.
coincidently a couple of days ago, i saw some guy with some sort of drum singing something similar saying that same word over and over again on Mr Dressup (i was channel surfing okay! :) ) This must be the remix.

lol regardless if its their 'culture,' this music requires ZERO talent. This guy literally sounds like a constipated 80 year old. im sure this 'culture' had brighter days.

Ah.. 'Chacarron' - 'shark around' - You should hear the 'Chacarron Delight' mix on the EP - it's mixed with The SugarHill Gang's "Rapper's Delight" instead of riffs from Curtis Blow's 'The Breaks'.
Not to worry - even though I could see a local Canadian radio DJ picking this up and putting on the rotation for the 'novelty factor' (I bet it would get massive airlplay), I don't think this one's going anywhere - they were playing this in Mallorca last summer and it hasn't gone anywhere here yet (as far as I know).
The music video's not bad, the beat isn't bad, even the remixing isn't bad.. it's just the mumbling that sucks.
