Hi everyone,
recently moved into a new house and bought a new stainless fridge from futureshop over a month ago.. they delivered the fridge mid-Feburary, however it was defective so they had to replace it with a new one. Finally got a replacement last week, however the fridge had scratches on the doors, a dent on the side (size of a fist), pen marks inside and no plastic covers when it was delivered..
we called the store to complaint but they forwarded us to the headoffice instead. The headoffice didn't want to do anything about it and even said that we damaged the fridge, not them..
any advice on what we should do? this is giving us so much headaches.. i want to refund the fridge but we paid $50 for shipping which is not refundable..
i appreciate any suggestions
