When I traveled to Quebec last summer I noticed McDonalds sells poutine and it tasted awesome. Why doesn't McDonalds Ontario sell
poutine?

All of McDonald's Canada use to sell poutines. Sold them for about 6 months, then discontinued them from a lack of interest.

Yeah, they had poutine in Ontario a few years back. They were really quite bad(next to no gravy, and not enough cheese) and the portion was very small. Maybe the McDonalds' poutine in Quebec is different?

at least one McDonalds in Ottawa had it for a long time after it disappeared from the rest. Burger king still has it!

they had it around 2001 or 2002. As someone already mentioned, portion was really tiny, they put it in a cup and added just a small bit of gravy and cheese. I think it was the equivalent of the small fries they sell in terms of size.

yeah...the cheese was really plastic-y, and the gravy wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese... if you want real poutine get it elsewhere

quebec probably has a better standard for this stuff, but not where I had it.

Quebec started the Poutine revolution and they appreciate it more over there.

They did sell it in Ontario. I tried it twice at the McDonald @ Finch & McCowan location. I think it was around 2001-2002 when they had it.

Guess it never flew so it was canceled.

What about the KFC poutine? Is it pouting or just fries with gravy?
If theres a hair in your food. Say something about it yeah...
you shouldn't of asked for a new one. You should of asked for 2 new ones.
Don't be one of those dudes who goes all out and starts sueing claiming you almost choked to death swallowing a hair. Just starting more probs n hassle.

new york frie's poutine is the bestttt :)NY Fries is not bad, but the gravy is a little salty. I like Belgian Fries, they put more cheese curds in than NYF and there's still enough gravy.

New York Fries poutine are usually good but never buy poutine from the new york fries inside silvercity movie theaters, I bought it once and they put frozen cheeeze over the fries and the gravy was not hot enough to melt it...

That is correct, I used to work at Paramount D/T @ the BK, I'm familiar with all Famoust players practices, LOL, They freeze the cheese, and they thaw it in the fridge, or in the microwave. They must've forgot to thaw it, and then try to wing it.
