View Full Version : Any one been to ZOD lately??

Went last year in June and it was not very good, did any one try this place recently??? Please advise, since 419 is gone and now replaced by 2/F, which is terrible accoridng to current reviews so I wonder if I should give ZOD another chance tonight.

From my tastes, they haven't changed that much. Its your decision since my tastes are different than yours.

i don't think their food taste that good,
i went there 2 times,
and some of the food, like snail was taken off from the menu
i still think is kinda expensive even i got the VIP card (10%) off.

Has Amigo changed to all you can eat nowadays??? I would not mind if that is the case, because they are closer for me and last time we went their food was all right.

We went to ZOD last night any way to give them another chnace. Overall, the food quality was okay, but the service for taking order was a bit slow. Nothing really caught my attention, and I still find their Japanese food was better than their western food. Drinks were not included, which kind of sad.

The place was packed at 7PM, and I wonder if it was due to the closing of 419.

Did Z.O.D. have scallops on the shell??? I remember seeing it in their commercial and I think it was only available on weekend nights, the time I went was a weeknight so they didn't have...

scallops on a shell!??! that would be pretty good, however, i doubt they have it. besides, even if they did, i would be concerned about how fresh they r....

all in all, I think ZOD is a bit expensive considering the quality and selection, but a decent place to go...
