If I had to choose any of these, I'd prefer to have LG 20.1". It has better response time (8 ms), better Contrast Ratio (1400:1) and better warranty option (3 year swap/exchange) the only missing thing is HDTV support, but I dont know how much you care about it...

what are you going to use it for mostly time?

Primarly to use as a computer, secondly as a T.V
