I have these speakers and bought them long time ago. They're pretty good, considering what you pay for 'em. I use them as my rear surrounds in a 5.1 setup.

This has been seen before, and it was actually a pair of speakers when that happened. Pretty sure you'll get two of these, but I may be wrong.

Did anyone see them in the store yet? I wonder since even name of the product is "speakers", not "speaker"....

All the other descriptions and images indicates it's two speakers. Besides center or subwoofers two is the norm, anything else demands it be explicitly stated beyond the single indication of "1" in the details.

Says these handle 60 watts, has anyone tried these with a common 100w/channel amp at higher volume?

Seems like a great deal! I already bought some mediocre Quest speakers, unfortunately. :(
Says these handle 60 watts, has anyone tried these with a common 100w/channel amp at higher volume?
The 100 W amplifier probably does not have enough power to utilise the full capabilities of the speaker. I bet that the 100 W figure is a peak-to-peak value with a high THD of something over 1%.
The power rating on the speakers is most likely an RMS value. You will probably not go close to that figure continuously for long without going deaf. 60 W is a lot of sound power, especially with the high sensitivity of these speakers (90 dB/W/m).

Just ordered a pair, but the stock is messed up.
At first the page for the speakers said 41 in stock, when I got to the last checkout screen it said out of stock, not yet shippable.
However when i go back to the page for the speakers, it said 40 left.

Ordered. OOS at Checkout just means that it might take a while before they ship it. 39 left.

Also, 100W per channel is usually in stereo mode, if you put your amp in 5.1 or 7.1 it might rate lower...
I have an amp that does 90 in 7.1 and haven't heard any distortion yet... though I'm not deaf either :)

Nice Freq response (eventhough it doesn't mean anything), pair it with a decent sub and it should rock.

Just received mine. Im not sure if I want to keep them, Im a little disappointed.
They are sealed not ported, so the bottom end is lacking. They seem a little too biased toward the highs for use as main speakers.
They would be ok for rear surrounds, but there is no means to wall mount them. No loops, holes or anything. The terminals are screw-type, not spring but they are recessed.
The sound gets rough at mid level for a moderate size room.
