Team Canada Jerseys 50% OFF at Footlocker.

Was at Footlocker in Bramalea City Centre in Brampton. They have all Team Canada gear on sale for 50% off.

Only problem is lack of selection. So I went down stairs to Sportchek which still has the buy 1 get another for 50% off. I asked a manager if she would match Footlocker and she said yes.

So I bought 1 Large Team Canada home jersey for $59.99+tax = $69.99 plus got some airmiles as well.

Not a bad deal if I say so.

yah..but these are men's jerseys i'm guessing..and really kudos to the women but really now: canada was really watching the mens'..

but yah..canadian women own international women's hockey.and THEN some..

hopefully it'll be here to stay for a couple more years (and competition will get better) no blowouts.

Hot deal, but the jerseys are garbage. I would never buy those new jerseys, they are fugly! If they had some of the older style ones, I would buy those in an instant.

Hopefully they revert back to the old design, as the support around the country for those jerseys wa seriously lacking. Every poll I read had less than half the responders voting in favour of the jerseys.

Lightweight? Yes
Efficient? Yes
Fugly? Yes!

I agree. I hate the 2006 jerseys. My favourite design was the 1998 Nagano jerseys in red. I wasn't crazy about the mustard yellow 2002 jerseys, but I did like the retro-maple leaf design in red, white or black, and the contemporary maple leaf one too, in red, or white.

I couldn't agree more! This year's jersey's were very ugly!!!!! I don't like how the number is up on the shoulder rather than close to the elbow... also the tighter fitting looked terrible. I like to collect Canada jersey's but sadly this year's is too ugly to buy.

My favourite is from the Nagano games in 1998. The previous jerseys from the World Cup and Salt Lake are very traditional looking, yet still great!!! This year's was a strike out and sadly we will probably use these until the next Olympics since it seems that the jerseys only get redesigned every 4 years (or so).

On a side note, if anyone knows where to get the orange "Campbell's Conference" jersey with Gretzky's name and number on it for a good price please let me know! Thanks!

Ugly or not, that's a great price on those Jerseys. But hopefully, the design will be improved for the next Olympics or World Cup. :cheesygri
