This XBOX 360 was opened from a sealed package just two week ago. The games are also only two weeks old. Everything is in perfect condition and is like new. The whole system has been flawless since I got it and is quite amazing.

As I said everything is only 2 weeks old and works great. The system is truely amazing. I did not experience a single problem in the two weeks I've had it. No crashes or freezes or nuthin. Reason for selling is because my roomate is moving out and taking his TV with him. Bad timing on my part as I didn't know he was planning on moving out until the week after I got the 360 :( .

Can't refund open games as far as I know. The unit was purchased a month prior to opening it but was not opened until 3 weeks ago now, I believe that it is too late to refund, and I have purchased the games and extra controller on top of it all now anyways.

I am not dead set on selling since it is an awesome console and works perfectly so if it does not sell I will simply hang on to it and buy a new TV eventually, but it could be a while until that happens, if ever :(

Anyways, this unit works perfectly and I have had zero crashes zero problems zero glitches. If it wasn't for my roomate moving out I would not be selling it.

I would prefer to sell as a package, but if I got a good offer for the system alone I would have to consider doing that and then part out the games etc... I could just end up keeping it all, it wouldn't be so bad to hang on to it for when I can afford a new tv. Xbox 3 is a ways away :)

Your best bet would be to buy a new TV on RFD perhaps. I can tell you can't afford a new TV right now. So that means you bought the Xbox360 because you just really wanted it even thou it cost you everything :D .

Well as per my original post, one of my roomates has a 50" HDTV. Just the other day he informed us that he is moving out with his girlfriend, therefore no more tv. I could go and splurge on a new hdtv tomorrow if I really wanted to, but right now I can't really justify doing that, for my own reasons...

And yes, it is quite an amazing system. I can only imagine when new gen games come out if the first ones rushed out the door are as good as they are.

Package deal only more or less...

I will however let the system with the extra wireless controller and the remote, (minus the games and minus the play and charge kit) go for $580, with the play and charge kit as well, $600. Everything including the 3 game is $680 which I think is a good deal and I won't be going less than that. People can resell/trade the games if they don't want'em.

If I don't sell the package at this price I am keeping it for a rainy day.
