Does anyone know what happened with Paypal coupons? They used to be listed on this site buy ebay.ca isn't even on the drop down menu anymore? Did they cancel them for some reason?

There should be a Newbie school here.
Once the Newbie has posted 10 times in the Newbie Forum, they will have acccess to the general forums.
The OP should have posted in Request a Deal.
To answer the OP, generally Paypal has codes tied to significant shopping seasons, such as Christmas.
