Anyone got a good recipe? I love this tasty dish and want to make it really crunchy like at a restaurant. Can I do this with an ordinary stove and wok?

To make it crunchy, restaurants actually deep fried the noddle lightly as well

You can fry the noodles using your wok and peanut oil.

If you have a gas stove then it goes much, much better than an electric one. I speak from experience :-0

its quite simple actually. just purchase the chow mein (comes in a bag)...at any asian supermarket...and then heat up a little oil in your frying pan...than just put the noodles in..keep the temperature on medium heat..cook one side for 3 minutes, flip over..than cook the other. its just like the ones in restaurant...and you can top with your favorite meat/sauce
