Looking for Summer Sublet!! Downtown Toronto!

Hey, I’m subletting 6 rooms for rent on the first floor at 159 Beverley street in Toronto from May 2006 to August 2006 (renewable for another 12 months if wanted). It’s a 5 minute walk to the U of T campus, 2 washrooms, recently renovated. The price is 2950 per month, price is negotiable. If interested please call me at 416-597-0249 ask for Stephen.

a user Q B asked:"so let me get this right.. you are subletting city homes rent to geared housing for 3 grand? that you probably pay 950?"

i'm a student that is renting off a landlord and my lease is for 12 months..but we have the option of subletting out the house..all of my housemates plan to live at home during the summer so hence why we need to sublet out. the landlord has given us the option of finding another 6 ppl that are willing to do an additional 12 months thereby letting us hand over the lease entirely to them. In the future please to do accuse me of trying to cheat ppl. kthnx :lol:

Besides, a room usually goes for $450 to 500 a month in this area. $2950 monthly for all 6 is fair in fact.
