$8200 is a fair price to pay if it's a real racing course that teaches useful skills on a race track.

Unfortunately, this course looks more like an opportunity to blast around in an uber expensive car instead of a real racing course that focuses on driving skills in a race car.

If you're looking for an opportunity to drive someone else's Ferrari @ the limit, this is it. If you're looking to learn driving skills for the race track, there are courses that cost half as much with you driving a more potent car than Ferrari.
