Today, when I call fido, I think they were playing east indian music while I was on hold!! I was like WTF...

speaking of being put on hold, anyone else hate it when you've been listening to the music while waiting then all of a sudden an operator comes on and scares you by saying "blah blah how can I help you?"

I hate everyone CS except XM radio. The people are always good, and service is fast. Fido is a joke. Waited 45m the other day til I got a non-English person.

yeah, that is annoying after waiting so long, as if that is not enough u are forced to listen to some music that u dont understand because u dont want to move and lost your'e spot.. down with APPLE also!
