Good moving company

Hey guys, any good quality, non-expensive moving company to recommend? I live in the vancouver area, and I plan to move to another place still within vancouver. Also, there are a bunch of furnitures that will need to be disposed off.

I used AMJ Campbell for a move within Ontario. They were excellent!!!

They are not super cheap... but they are also not super expensive. They treated my items with care and were very effiecient. I think it'd be worth calling them to at least get a quote.
