Japanese humour is based on "shock".

If this was any other ethnic group then I would ask " Why?" but since they are Japanese it is self-explanatory.

That is disturbing..is this a show in Japan? Who watches this? The music and the dances look like its for kids to watch, but not when theres guys in underwear doing that.
