Do you think you should be allowed to download what you want from the internet, even if it is copyrighted?

Canada does not currently have what is known as “fair use” in the United States. What we do have is “fair dealings” which says that only a reasonable portion of a material may be copied for “research” purposes, but once finished must be destroyed. Should Canada ad fair use to its copyright law?
